To help voters better understand how local elected officials vote on issues important to NEXT and the community, NEXT recommends vote positions and scores votes by each member of the Town Council. Over time, these votes will be tracked to make clear how our elected officials vote on key priorities, and to inform future endorsements.

*Council Member Eliazar Posada was sworn in on June 7, 2022 after winning the May 17 special election, so he did not have the opportunity to vote on the 203 Project. However, NEXT notes that Council Member Posada expressed strong support for the 203 Project in his NEXT Action Fund endorsement questionnaire.
